Jerry embodies what it means to be energy positive. His energy conservation leadership was instrumental in reducing energy costs by 40% over a 10-year period at Appalachian State University. Managing facilities for the past 25 years, Jerry knows a thing or two about how buildings need to be operated to run efficiently. Jerry serves as the Energy Manager for all Firstfloor projects and makes sure our buildings our optimized to their fullest potential.

Jerry considers himself a classic nerd. While he is not actively trying to make electric meters run backwards, he enjoys playing around on a gaming PC system that he built himself.
