Dr. Michael Bracy is a retired School Superintendent with over 30 years as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of Instruction, Education Consultant with NCDPI, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Accountability, and Superintendent. He has always believed in setting goals and is unstoppable in attaining them. Throughout his career as an educator, he sees all opportunities as limitless for growth and development. His vision and philosophy no matter the project or task set before him unites teamwork and relationships as a structure for success. He challenges his peers to be strong, productive, and expect nothing less than their best from themselves and others.

While Michael has a fear of heights, he does not let that stop him. He holds true to his expectations of others by challenging himself to overcome barriers and reach new heights no matter the fear. When selected to participate in a skydiving event he saw it as an opportunity to expect nothing less than his best.
