Project Description
University Place Phase II is comprised of three (3) three-story buildings, a clubhouse/office, laundry area, and patio, which make this project marketable well into the future. Firstfloor obtained permanent financing on behalf of the FSU Foundation and negotiated a management contract between the FSU Foundation and Campus Advantage.
Notable Fact
This project was designed and constructed in six months.
