Project Description
FirstFloor was the co-developer. SfL+a Architects acted as Project Manager, wrote the RFP and managed the solicitation and selection process on behalf of ASU for the design-build team and recommended the design-build team.SfL+a managed the design process, agency review and acted as the Owner’s representative during construction. J.S. Clark was the design builder with CJMW being the architect of record.
