Project Description
City Gateway turns a former brownfield site into a vibrant mixed-use district. The current master plan includes over 1,400 market-rate apartments, approximately 50 rent-stabilized workforce apartments, approximately 150 luxury hotel suites, approximately 140,000sf of office space, approximately 30,000sf of retail space, and a 648-student K-8 public charter school. The new centrally located EV Parking Facility will provide over 60% of the district’s projected parking needs. The project aims to reduce energy consumption by 40% to 60% compared to a baseline conventional parking garage.
