Firstfloor Horry County Schools are in Myrtle Beach, S.C and home to a new wave of school systems: energy positive schools. With a hope of having the schools generate more energy than they are producing, this is a bold and exciting task for Firstfloor.

All the schools are constructed with geothermal heat pumps, solar array and energy efficient materials. The schools include administration offices, classrooms, cafeterias, assembly spaces, library, and outdoor spaces.
